2023 Winter Beer Fest

Brewery Registration for the Winter Beer Fest is live! The festival has created so many beautiful memories and the Washington Brewers guild is so honored to organize the fest once again. Thank you for the time and care each of you contribute to make this fest a success. It’s going to be so much fun!

We’re working with Blind Tiger Design to revamp the fest logo and marketing and we look forward to introducing new entertainment elements. This year, we’d like to give back to the community—we will work with Youth Care, an organization that strives to end youth homelessness. This is in the very early stages of development, and we will share details as soon as we know more. Stay tuned for more special announcements!

$100 booth fee for guild members and $145 for non-guild members. (Not a member? You should be! Talk to Shawna and she’ll set you up 😉) We’ll waive the booth registration fee if your brewery is able to donate beer. Once we hit the maximum number of breweries and your brewery didn’t make the list, you will be guaranteed entry next year.

Dates/Time:

  • Friday, December 15 5:30pm-9:30pm (VIP session from 5:30pm-6:30pm, GA session from 6:30pm-9:30pm)
  • Saturday, December 16 2pm-6pm (VIP session from 2pm-3pm, GA session from 3pm-6pm).

Beer requested: We’ll send a link to register your beers as the event gets closer. We will pay wholesale pricing for kegs. Donations are always welcome, but not required. If your brewery can donate beer, we would be beyond grateful and will waive the booth fee 🙂

We’re asking each brewery to bring at least two styles of beer. As in year’s past, we’re hoping for highly festive beers: beers that are extra special and make hearts full and bellies warm (winter/seasonal or darker styles of beers). More than two styles are okay, but your jockey box and beer must fit within your pouring space (6′ table). We strive to never run out of beer, so please be sure you have enough beer for the two sessions. We will send the expected attendance numbers as the event draws nearer. Breweries need to provide their own pouring equipment (jockey box, CO2, spill buckets, etc.). Cold storage, booth tables, pipe and drape, and ice will be provided.

Here’s the form to sign up. Festival is 21+ More information will be sent in the coming weeks. If you have immediate questions, please contact shawna@washingtonbrewersguild.org
