ENTER THE MEMBERS ONLY SITE

Members of the Guild may access our secure site to view meeting minutes, decision logs, post documents or announcements, read current and past newsletters, access a current list of members with mailing and e-mail addresses, view a current calendar of Guild-related events.

To enter the secure site you must be a voting Guild Member in good standing (i.e. all dues are paid). All members in good standing will be sent an invitation via e-mail to join the intranet site. After receiving the invitation, go to the link provided and choose a username and password. Those two pieces of information will serve as the keys by which members gain access to the secure site.

If you are a current voting member and have NOT received and invitation yet to join the intranet site, e-mail the website manager and request an invitation.

If you experience any difficulties gaining access to the secure site using your designated username and password, be aware that these ARE case sensitive (i.e. capital and lower case letters DO matter and must be entered EXACTLY as you set them up originally). Some users trying to access the site from a networked system may experience difficulties due to firewalls inherent to their networks. Try again from home or from a non-networked computer.
